Different Warranty Period. If a company policy or trade practice requires a different warranty period, the Bidder may so state without fear of disqualification. However, the Bidder is cautioned that the length of warranty may, in some cases, be a deciding factor in making an award. (c) OSHA. Equipment furnished hereunder shall meet the standards set forth in the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1979.
