DIGITAL CAMERAS. ABT shall provide the dealer for their use, a Digital Camera for the first six-(6) months. Upon the conclusion of a six-(6) month of paid subscription term title and possession of this camera shall transfer to the Dealer. In the event Dealer shall cancel this subscription before the sixth (6th) month anniversary, Dealer shall promptly pay ABT the sum of [ ].

DIGITAL CAMERAS. ABT shall provide the dealer for their use, a Digital Camera. In the event Dealer shall cancel this subscription before the sixth (6th) month anniversary and only in such event, Dealer shall promptly pay ABT the sum of [ ] in exchange for such camera. ABT will not accept a return of the camera in lieu of such payment unless the camera is returned, unused with its original packaging in tact.
DIGITAL CAMERAS. It is the intent of USD 501 to maintain a safe envi- ronment onboard school buses for the benefit of students, drivers, and motoring public. The main focus of the school bus driver must be the safe transportation of these passengers. For their part, students are required to present mini- mal distractions. The use of digital and audio surveillance is a tool that will supple- ment other programs and activities designed to maintain control during the bus ride to and from school.
DIGITAL CAMERAS. The Employer recognizes and appreciates the unique contribution of the mini cam crews on a daily basis in gathering news material in the field, and it is committed to continuing to use its union- represented crews in the future for such work. Notwithstanding this commitment, the parties agree that for purposes of gathering supplemental material, employees of Univision corporate affiliates, including the Employer, may operate digital camera equipment that is capable of being hand-held (e.g., Panasonic DVX 100, Xxxxxx XL1, Sony PD 150, miniature, or other camera equipment generally marketed as “Consumer” or “Professional Consumer” equipment), including video phones or similar devices, built-in or attached accessories, and/or tripods, so long as operation of the equipment is secondary to the person’s primary work function(s). This work is viewed as supplemental to news gathering and is not intended to supplant employees covered by this Agreement. The exercise by the Employer of its rights under this section shall not result in the layoff of any employee covered by this Agreement. If the Union determines in good faith at any time during the term of this Agreement that the Employer is exercising its rights pursuant to this subsection (e) in a manner contrary to the assurances expressed by the Employer during the negotiations in 2005, it shall have the right to serve a written notice of reopener requesting to renegotiate the terms of this subsection (e). Within 30 days of receipt of such notice, the parties shall commence negotiations on such subject. If, within 60 days after commencement of negotiations the parties have not reached agreement, the Union shall be relieved of its obligations under Section 8.01, “No Strike,” with respect to such matter, until such time as agreement is reached, or until expiration of the Agreement, whichever is first.
DIGITAL CAMERAS. At all time herein, Dealer shall provide and use a digital camera of the make and type compatible with ABT's computerized image uploading characteristics. In the event dealer does not own a digital camera, ABT shall provide one for dealer's use. In circumstances where ABT has provided dealer with a digital camera, if Dealer shall cancel this Agreement before the sixth (6th) month anniversary and only in such event, Dealer shall promptly pay ABT the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) in exchange for such camera. ABT will not accept a return of the camera in lieu of such payment unless the camera is returned unused, with its original packaging intact.

  • Cameras NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor(s) or their Authorized Dealer(s) and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the resulting Master Agreement(s). NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 15% from MSRP or List Price. NSP items shall not be offered to a Purchasing Entity as a stand-alone option, and the maximum allowable amount of all NSP items in a single Order shall be determined by the Participating State or Entity.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.

  • Security Cameras Security cameras have been installed throughout the Facility; however, they will not routinely be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as restrooms or patient care areas.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Programming Phase Schematic Design Phase: 2.2.1.3. Design Development Phase:

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.
