Common use of Digital Certificates Clause in Contracts

Digital Certificates. The PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure relies on digital certificates for the establishment of trust between communicating parties. The PEPPOL Authority has been delegated, from the PEPPOL Certification Authority the authority to require that digital certificates be issued, suspended and revoked for PEPPOL AP Providers with whom they have a PEPPOL AP Provider Agreement.
