Digital Copy. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials.
Digital Copy. Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials solely for the individual's own use and use allowed by this Agreement. Systematic downloading of content is not allowed - especially through the use of technical means such as crawlers.
Digital Copy. Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy an agreed number of Exports.
Digital Copy. A Section 1.23 shall be added to the Agreement and shall read as follows: “1.23 ‘Digital Copy’ means a set of electronic files, including (a) the image files of the individual pages of the Digitized Selected Content along with text (currently generated from optical character recognition technology “OCR”), (b) coordinate information for the text (i.e., the image coordinates), copyright notice, year, and place of publication for the text (if available through Google’s processes), (c) information about the ordering of pages along with page-level metadata such as page number and other similar information, (d) a unique identifier for the work, and (e) the date the work was Digitized by Google, regardless of the means or technology used to prepare such copy, whether now known or hereafter developed, and any digital copy of such set of electronic files. A Digital Copy of a work may be constructed by Google from one or more physical works into a composite version of the work, which may include alternative page images from different copies of the work that Google obtains from sources other than U of M, provided that the Digital Copy of any such composite version of a work will contain metadata indicating that the Digital Copy contains pages from different copies of the work and the sources of the different copies.”
Digital Copy. Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials. Reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials” is to be defined within the Agreement as maximum of 50 downloads every 30 minutes or 100 in an hour.
Digital Copy. Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a maximum of 5,000 records of the Licensed Materials at any given time for personal use or to share within a project team.
Digital Copy. The Authorized Users may download and digitally copy individual articles or items of the Licensed Materials for personal use only.
Digital Copy. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a di minimus (as defined by U.S. Copyright law) portion of the Licensed Materials.
Digital Copy. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a limited number of BMJ Journals or abstracts from the Licensed Materials only for that Authorised User’s non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
Digital Copy. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may download and digitally copy a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials, but may not engage in excessive, systematic or mass downloading, which may include downloading articles, e-books, proceedings, tables of contents, abstracts or any other information or content on the platform, without the written permission of SIAM. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users shall not use spiders, robots or any other automated means of downloading. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users who do download articles must maintain all copyright and other notices on the articles. The Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may not make SIAM content available electronically to anyone other than another Authorized User, whether by telephone link or by permitting access through a terminal or computer, or by any other means or arrangement without written permission from SIAM.
