Common use of Diligence Requirements Clause in Contracts

Diligence Requirements. Company shall use diligent efforts or cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees to use diligent efforts to develop Licensed Products and to introduce Licensed Products into the commercial market. Thereafter, Company or its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall make Licensed Products reasonably available to the public. Specifically, Company shall fulfill the following obligations:

Diligence Requirements. Company shall use diligent commercially reasonable efforts or cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees to use diligent commercially reasonable efforts to develop Licensed Products and to introduce Licensed Products into the commercial market. Thereafter, Company or its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall make Licensed Products reasonably available to the publicpublic (subject to Company’s right to cease marketing Licensed Products, as further described in Section 8.2). Specifically, Company shall fulfill the following obligations:

Diligence Requirements. Company shall use diligent efforts or cause its Affiliates to develop, seek regulatory approval for and Sublicensees to use diligent efforts to develop commercialize Licensed Products and to introduce Licensed Products into the commercial market. Thereafter, Company or its Affiliates or Sublicensees shall make Licensed Products that have gained any regulatory approval in a jurisdiction reasonably available to the publicpublic in such jurisdiction. SpecificallyIn addition, Company shall fulfill achieve the following obligations:Diligence Milestones in accordance with the schedule set forth on Appendix C hereto.

Company COMPANY shall use diligent efforts or and shall cause its Affiliates AFFILIATES and Sublicensees SUBLICENSEES to use diligent efforts efforts, to develop Licensed Products LICENSED PRODUCTS or LICENSED PROCESSES, and to introduce Licensed Products LICENSED PRODUCTS or LICENSED PROCESSES into the commercial market, and to perform LICENSED SERVICES. Thereafter, Company COMPANY or its Affiliates AFFILIATES or Sublicensees SUBLICENSEES shall make Licensed Products LICENSED PRODUCTS reasonably available to the public. Specifically, Company COMPANY or AFFILIATE or SUBLICENSEE shall fulfill the following obligations:
