Diligent Pursuit of Governmental Approvals. Redeveloper agrees to prosecute all of Redeveloper’s applications for Governmental Approvals diligently and in good faith, and in accordance with Construction Schedule. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Redeveloper shall determine when and in what order to file each specific application. At Redeveloper’s reasonable request, the Township will, in its reasonable judgment, sign consents or other documents reasonably required in connection with Redeveloper’s applications for Governmental Approvals and will supply information which is in the Township’s possession. The Township will, in its reasonable judgment, otherwise cooperate with and support Redeveloper in connection with the applications for Governmental Approvals as Redeveloper and Redeveloper’s counsel may reasonably request.
