The Dining Dollars clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use of prepaid funds allocated for food and beverage purchases, typically within a university or institutional setting. Dining Dollars. Any unused Dining Dollars from the Fall semesters will rollover to the Spring semester with the purchase of a Spring Meal Plan (excludes Dining Dollar Only Plans). If the account holder does not wish to participate in the Spring Meal Plan (off-campus students only) any unused Dining Dollars will be forfeited at the end of the Fall semester: Last day of Fall meal plan Thursday, December 7, 2023. Unused Spring Dining Dollars will be forfeited at the end of the semester. May 2nd, 2024. It is the student’s responsibility to monitor their Dining Dollar balance. This can be done by downloading the MyUSF app and selecting the Bulls Bucks button (this will show the Dining Dollars balance). Additionally, students can log onto their Canvas account and the Dining Balance will show on their dashboard. Dining Dollar only plans are valid only for the semester purchased. All purchases are final. Exceptions will be made for IT processing errors. All refunds for IT processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. All meal plans will be automatically reactivated for you to enjoy beginning January 4th, 2024. Should you wish to make any changes to your plan, we encourage you to contact USF Dining at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇ during the appropriate grace period (see section: Meal Plan Change Period).
Dining Dollars. Block meals, Traditional meals, Guest Meals and All Access privileges have no independent cash value separate from the residential meal plan and are non-transferable.
Dining Dollars. Dining Dollars are funds included in the Dining Plan that can be used at all Drexel Campus Dining locations are not redeemable for cash. Dining Dollars can be used at all University Campus Dining locations during the Academic Year. Dining Dollars may be used during term breaks at select locations. Unused Dining Dollars will rollover and be redeemable in the immediately subsequent term of the Academic Year provided that the student purchases a Dining Plan by the second Friday of the rollover term . Unused Dining Dollars are forfeited at the end of business on Saturday, June 15, 2024 provided, however, that if the Student enrolls in any dining plan for the Summer Dining Term, unused Dining Dollars are forfeited at the end of business on September 7, 2024.

Should you wish to make any changes to your plan, we encourage you to come to our office during the appropriate grace period (see section: Grace Period). Dining halls may be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, Winter Holiday, Spring Break, and other University Holidays. Dining Hours are subject to change due to school holidays, exam schedules, reading days, and inclement weather conditions. Dining Dollars a. Anyone may purchase Dining Dollars in any amount. Campus and Premier plan holders may purchase additional Dining Dollars if needed.
b. Dining Dollars are accepted at Albert’s, Cornerstone 1926, Dunkin’ Donuts, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Commons, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Café, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, UNH Dairy Bar, Union Court, Wildcatessen, Zeke’s, and campus vending machines.
c. Dining Dollars are valid during the academic year of purchase only. A remaining balance from fall semester will carry over to spring semester but will expire at the end of meal service in May. Unused Dining Dollars are non-refundable.
Dining Dollars. Dining Dollar$ account balances carry over from summer to fall and from fall to spring. All Dining Dollar$ expire the Sunday following undergraduate commencement in May. Dining Dollars for the fall semester are typically issued in late-July. Dining Dollars for the spring semester are typically issued the last class day of the fall semester. Once issued, Dining Dollar$ are not prorated and are not refundable, except as indicated to section V.F. of this contract.
Dining Dollars. The Dining Dollars provided with the meal plan may be used in approved food service locations for food purchases only, excluding most vending machines, food trucks and the Wednesday market. Usage is limited to $50 per day. Unused Dining Dollars at the end of fall semester will carry into spring semester. Unused Dining Dollars at the end of spring semester are forfeited. • Dining Dollars are provided to the student at no additional charge for enrolling in any meal plan for the academic year. The Dining Dollar component of the meal plan is non-refundable. Any changes to the meal plan, including cancellations, will not include any refund in Dining Dollars (exceptions: Withdrawal). Additional Dining Dollars may be purchased in increments of $250.
Dining Dollars. A. Dining Dollars will carry over each semester while the student is enrolled and/or until graduation.
B. Dining Dollars can only be added to an account if you have an active meal plan.
C. Dining Dollars may be used in any dining services’ facility.
D. A 35% discount off the selling price will be applied to any purchases made at retail locations and 10% discount at convenience stores.
E. Dining Dollars cannot be used to purchase more BuckID dollars.
F. Cash withdrawals from Dining Dollar accounts are not permitted.
G. Dining Dollar accounts with no activity over a 6-month period are considered inactive and will be forfeited. Any remaining Dining Dollars balance upon graduation and/or separation will also be forfeited.
H. The university will disclose Dining Dollars account information to third parties regarding an account or transfer only (1) in order to comply with court orders or other applicable laws or (2) if the resident gives written consent.
