Common use of DIR Conducted Surveys Clause in Contracts

DIR Conducted Surveys. In addition to the satisfaction surveys to be conducted pursuant to Section 7.5(a), DIR may survey satisfaction with Service Provider's performance in connection with and as part of broader satisfaction surveys periodically conducted by DIR. At DIR's request, Service Provider shall cooperate and assist DIR with the formulation of the survey questions, protocols and procedures and the execution and review of such surveys.
