DIR SOC Transition Costs. ‌ The Charges include DIR SOC Transition Costs in Attachment 4-A which are billed to DIR in accordance with the Attachment 4-A schedule provided the Service Component Provider has obtained DIR’s Acceptance of the applicable Milestones. DIR SOC Transition Costs will be itemized on the applicable DIR Monthly Invoices in sufficient detail to delineate the specific nature of the Charges and the applicable amount payable.
