Direct Application of Privacy Rules. DBI shall not use and/or disclose Protected Information or provide any Services that require the use and/or disclosure of Protected Information unless such use and/or disclosure directly complies with this Section 2.2 and Sections 164.502(a)(3) and 164.504(e) of the Privacy Rule.
