Common use of DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

DIRECT COMMUNICATIONS. The PMT members and the Parties’ employees are encouraged to communicate directly as necessary to efficiently manage the Project and to execute each individual PMT member’s responsibilities. All decisions affecting design, cost, or Contract Time must be made by the PMT jointly according to Section 5.1.7 and confirmed in writing in a PMT Bulletin.
