Direct Liability; Separate Borrowing Availability. Nothing contained in this Section 2.15 shall limit the liability of any Borrower to pay Loans made directly or indirectly to that Borrower (including Loans advanced to any other Borrower and then re-loaned or otherwise transferred to, or for the benefit of, such Borrower), Letter of Credit Obligations relating to Letters of Credit issued to support such Borrower’s business, and all accrued interest, fees, expenses and other related Obligations with respect thereto, for which such Borrower shall be primarily liable for all purposes hereunder. The Administrative Agent and Lenders shall have the right, at any time in their discretion, to condition Revolving Credit Loans and Letters of Credit upon a separate calculation of borrowing availability consistent with the Borrowing Base for each Borrower and to restrict the disbursement and use of such Revolving Credit Loans and Letters of Credit to such Borrower.

  • Minimum Amount of Each Borrowing; Maximum Number of Borrowings The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans shall be in a multiple of $100,000 and shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount. More than one Borrowing may occur on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than four (4) Borrowings of LIBOR Loans under this Agreement.

  • Repayment of Outstanding Loans; Borrowing of New Loans On the on the effective date of such increase, the Borrower shall repay all Loans then outstanding, subject to the Borrower’s indemnity obligations under Section 5.10 [Indemnity]; provided that it may borrow new Loans with a Borrowing Date on such date.   • Borrowing Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall deliver securities of a Portfolio to lenders or their agents, or otherwise establish a segregated account as agreed to by the applicable Fund on behalf of such Portfolio and the Custodian, as collateral for borrowings effected by such Portfolio, provided that such borrowed money is payable by the lender (a) to or upon the Custodian's order, as Custodian for such Portfolio, and (b) concurrently with delivery of such securities.
