Common use of DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION Clause in Contracts

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Subject to paragraph 1.2 any Contracting Body ordering Goods and Services under the Framework without holding a further competition shall:- develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Services; apply the Standard Award Criteria to the catalogue of Goods and Services for all Providers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Providers provides best value for money; on the basis set out above, award its Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Provider in accordance with paragraph 6.

Subject to paragraph 1.2 9.2 above any Contracting Body ordering Goods and the Services under the this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall:- shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the ServicesRequirements; apply the Standard Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of Goods and Services for all Providers Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Providers Suppliers provides best value for moneythe most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award its Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Provider Supplier in accordance with paragraph 615 below.

Subject to paragraph 1.2 2.1 above any Contracting Body ordering Available Goods and Services under the Framework without holding a further competition shall:- shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Available Goods and Services; apply the Standard Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue range of Available Goods and Services for all Providers Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Providers Suppliers provides best value for moneythe most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award its Goods and Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Provider Supplier in accordance with paragraph 68 below.
