Common use of Direct Project Expenses Clause in Contracts

Direct Project Expenses. Unless otherwise specifically stated in an approved task order, charges for printing, reproduction, use of computer-aided design equipment, field equipment, and any laboratory analysis performed by the CONSULTANT or its subconsultants or its subcontractors, and the use of the CONSULTANT’s and employee’s automobiles shall be identified in an approved task order. The City shall not be responsible for payment of any other direct project expenses.
