Additional Customer Terms If any additional ordinance, rule, or other local governmental authority requires additional contract language before a Customer can make a purchase under this Contract, the Customer is responsible for entering a separate agreement with the Contractor and incorporating the additional contract language therein.

Payment Terms and Billing (1) Payment shall be made only after the Client Agency receives and accepts the Goods or Services and after it receives a properly completed invoice. Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

Agreement Terms The terms of the Agreement conform to University policy. The period of performance for the project is approximately two (2) years. The amount of funding support will not exceed $62,500. Since research projects are often amended, this agreement includes provisions for changes in time and scope. University procedures for approval of these changes will be followed and additional conflict of interest review will be done as appropriate.
