Common use of DIRECTED INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTED INVESTMENT ACCOUNTS. Subject to any rules or procedures that may be established by the Administrator under paragraph (f) below, the Trustee may permit Participants to direct the investment of one or more of their accounts, and subject to any such rules or procedures, investment directives will be given in accordance with the following provisions: (a) ACCOUNTS WHICH CAN BE DIRECTED: The Administrator will designate which accounts a Participant or other payee can direct, and whether the Participant or other payee can direct all or only a portion of each such account. Any such designation can be changed by the Administrator from time to time by communicating new procedures to the Participants.
