Common use of Direction of the RUS Clause in Contracts

Direction of the RUS. Whenever requested in writing to do so by the RUS, such requests to be made for good cause as determined solely in the absolute discretion of the RUS, the Borrower shall exercise such rights and powers as may be vested in the Borrower and make such elections and requests as may be available to the Borrower, under the terms of the Xxxxxxx Transaction Documents in such manner and at such times as the RUS may so specify.
