Directions from Administrator. The Trustee shall disburse monies to the Sponsor for benefit payments in the amounts that the Administrator directs from time to time in writing. The Trustee shall have no responsibility to ascertain any direction's compliance with the terms of the Plan or of any applicable law. The Trustee shall not be responsible for making benefit payments to participants under the Plan, nor shall the Trustee be responsible for any Social Security or Federal, State or local income tax reporting or withholding with respect to such Plan benefits.
