Common use of Director of Resident Care Clause in Contracts

Director of Resident Care. A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this Agreement who is committed to and regularly works the full work period of eight (8) or more tours per biweekly pay period, exclusive of overtime.

Director of Resident Care. A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this Agreement who is committed to and regularly works the full work period of eight thirty (8) 30) hours or more tours per biweekly pay periodweek, exclusive of overtime.

Director of Resident Care. A full-time employee shall mean an employee covered by this Agreement who is committed to and regularly works the full work period of eight (8) 24 hours or more tours per biweekly pay periodweek, exclusive of overtime.
