Common use of DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the Sale or any other transactions contemplated in relation to the Sale.

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the Sale Acquisition, the Purchase Agreement or any other transactions transaction contemplated in relation to the SaleAcquisition.

DIRECTORS’ SERVICE CONTRACTS. No person is proposed to be appointed as a director of the Manager in connection with the proposed Acquisition, the Option Agreement, the Sale and Purchase Agreement or any other transactions transaction contemplated in relation to the SaleAcquisition.
