Disabilities Covered by the Plan. 16.03.01 The following levels of disability conditions are covered by the plan: 16.03.01.01 “Disabled” – A Pilot will be considered disabled if Air Canada Occupational Health Services or Transport Canada determine that, for medical reasons, he is unfit to fly.
