Disability Defined. The Company may determine that Employee is disabled if Employee qualifies for, and receives, long-term disability income payments under the disability insurance provided in accordance with Section 4.03 of this Agreement. If no such disability insurance is in place, the Company may determine that Employee is disabled if he shall fail, because of illness or incapacity, to render services of the character contemplated by this Agreement for a period of three (3) consecutive months.
