Common use of Disability Illness Clause in Contracts

Disability Illness. If Employee is unable to perform his duties (as described in paragraph number 2, as a result of illness and such illness continues for more than thirty (30) days, SteelCloud may terminate Employee's employment, and/or modify this Agreement with regard to Employee's compensation and duties.

Disability Illness. If Employee is unable to perform his duties (duties, as described in paragraph number 2, as a result of illness and such illness continues for more than thirty sixty (3060) days, SteelCloud may terminate Employee's ’s employment, and/or otherwise modify this Agreement with regard to Employee's ’s compensation and duties.

Disability Illness. If Employee is unable to perform his duties (as described in paragraph number 2, as a result of illness and such illness continues for more than thirty sixty consecutive (3060) days, SteelCloud may terminate Employee's employment, and/or modify this Agreement with regard to Employee's compensation and duties.
