DISABILITY INSURANCE POLICY. Disability insurance policies are available for the employee only. Coverage can be purchased either through the use of vacation sellback (up to five days) or through payroll deduction. (See Section 7-4 of the Salary Ordinance for information on vacation sellback.) These policies are subject to premium costs, eligibility, age limitations, coverage exclusions, and all other provisions set forth in the applicable insurer contracts.
