Holidays Worked. When an employee works on a calendar holiday, he/she shall receive payment of the holiday at the regular rate and in addition, at the discretion of the Employer, (1) be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours actually worked on the holiday or (2) be given compensatory time off equal to one and one half the number of hours actually worked.

Employees who are eligible for holiday pay and who are compensated for overtime work at one and one-half (1½) times their hourly base rate of pay, shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times their hourly base rate of pay for each hour worked on a holiday in addition to the holiday pay for which they are entitled. All other employees who are required to work on a holiday shall be granted compensatory time off at a time mutually agreed upon between involved employees and their supervisors.
Holidays Worked. The employee shall be compensated two and one-half times (2 ½) times the normal rate of pay for the first eight hours worked. Those hours worked in excess of eight hours shall be paid in the normal rate of pay.

If an employee is required to work on a legal holiday listed above the employee will be paid for any hours actually worked on a legal holiday at their regular rate of pay, plus an additional payment computed at the employee’s overtime rate, for the hours actually worked by the employee on that legal holiday. Hours worked on a holiday, in excess of regularly scheduled hours, shall be compensated pursuant to the overtime provisions of this Agreement.
Holidays Worked. Employees who work overtime on a holiday specified in 10.01 will receive the overtime rate of pay in addition to hour-for-hour credit for overtime hours worked into the employee’s holiday bank.

Holidays Worked. Subsection 1. Employees required to work on a holiday will be paid one and one- half times their regular rate of pay. An additional day will be granted in lieu of the holiday worked which will be compensated by the employee submitting in writing to the payroll department a request for one of the following:
A. Pay at his/her regular rate.
B. An additional day of rest granted which may be taken by the end of two calendar months following the month in which the holiday is earned, or June 30, whichever occurs first.
C. Employees may accumulate six holidays to extend annual leave; however, they must be taken prior to June 30th of each year. Accumulated holidays as of June 30th will be compensated for at the employee's regular rate of pay. Requests to take accumulated holidays in any given fiscal year must be made prior to June 1st. Accumulation in excess of six days shall be paid in the pay period in which earned. Such request shall be submitted within five working days following the holiday or the holiday shall be accumulated up to the maximum and thereafter paid at the regular rate in the succeeding payroll period. Eligible part-time employees shall receive benefits granted in this section on a pro rata basis.
Holidays Worked. Employees who are eligible for holiday pay and who are required to work on a holiday shall be granted another day off with pay.
Holidays Worked. Two hundred fifty percent (250%) of the Employee’s daily or pro-rated weekly rate of pay, including over-scale payment, if any, shall be paid for time worked on holidays. An Employee shall be paid three ( 3 ) times the Hourly Base Rate for time worked beyond fifteen (15) hours on holidays.
