Common use of Disability, Life Insurance and Medical/Dental Coverage; No Unpaid Vacation or Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Disability, Life Insurance and Medical/Dental Coverage; No Unpaid Vacation or Sick Leave. The Company shall continue the disability, life insurance and medical/dental coverage provided to the Executive immediately prior to the Termination Date. Such coverage shall be provided by the Company at its sole cost until the second (2nd) anniversary of the Termination Date. If and to the extent additional benefits are available, the Executive has the right to continue health and life insurance benefits under COBRA and/or state continuation of coverage laws in effect on the Termination Date. The Executive shall not be deemed to have and shall not be paid for any unpaid vacation or sick leave.
