Vacations and Sick Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.
Vacations and Sick Leave. During the Term of Employment, the Employee shall be entitled to reasonable vacation and reasonable sick leave each year, in accordance with policies of the Company and the Operating Company, as determined by their respective Boards of Directors, provided, however, that the Employee shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks vacation per year.

Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation annually to be taken in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time and at such time or times as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive; provided, however, that if for any reason Executive does not take the full four (4) weeks’ vacation in any given year, Executive shall be entitled to accrue and carry over such vacation time according to the policy established by the Company. Executive shall also be entitled to sick leave according to the sick leave policy which the Company many adopt from time to time.
Vacations and Sick Leave. The Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of vacation leave and one (1) week of sick leave for each year of employment. Time allotted for vacation and sick leave that is not used shall accrue to the next year.
