Common use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. To the extent authorized by Federal law, the Recipient agrees to facilitate participation by DBEs in the Project and assures that each third party contractor at any tier of the Project and each subrecipient at any tier of the Project will facilitate participation by DBEs in the Project to the extent applicable.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. To the extent authorized by Federal law, the Recipient agrees to facilitate participation by DBEs Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in the Project and assures that each subrecipient, lessee, third party contractor at any tier of the Project and each subrecipient contractor, or other participant at any tier of the Project will facilitate participation by DBEs in the Project to the extent applicable.
