Disaster/Emergency/Public Utility Services. The Licensee shall follow the guidelines /directions/ standard operating procedures as may be prescribed for the disaster management/emergency response services or any other instruction issued by Licensor in this regard from time to time. The Licensee shall also facilitate the priority routing of emergency/public utility or any other type of user calls as per guidelines /directions as may be prescribed by Licensor.
