Common use of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Grantee must submit, implement, and maintain a Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan specific to the transition and on-going uninterrupted service delivery and operations within fifty (50) calendar days after contract effective date; and annually thereafter within thirty (30) calendar days prior to the end of each operational year. On-going plan updates and changes shall be submitted to HHSC for approval at least thirty (30) business days before a change becomes effective.
