Operations Plan. (i) The Concessionaire shall within 15 days from the appointment of the Independent Consultant pursuant to Article 4.1, submit to the Independent Consultant and MCD a plan (“the Operations Plan”) in conformity with the O&M Requirements, in the format provided in Schedule O hereto.
(ii) Within 15 days of receipt of the Operations Plan, the Independent Consultant shall review the same taking into account, interalia, comments of MCD, if any, thereon, and convey its comments/observations to the Concessionaire on the Operation Plan, including the need, if any, to modify the same. If the comments/observations of the Independent Consultant require the Operations Plan to be modified, the Concessionaire shall suitably modify the Operations Plan and resubmit to Independent Consultant for further review. The Independent Consultant shall give its observations and comments, if any, within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of such revised Operations Plan, which shall be taken into account by the Concessionaire while finalising the Operations Plan.
(iii) If, within the period stipulated in the preceding clause (ii), the Independent Consultant does not respond to the Operations Plan submitted to it by the Concessionaire, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to proceed with the Project on the basis of such Operations Plan submitted by it to the Independent Consultant.
(iv) Notwithstanding any review or failure to review by the Concessionaire or the comments/observations of the Independent Consultant or MCD, the Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Operations Plan and the conformity thereof with the O&M Requirements and shall not be relieved or absolved in any manner whatsoever of any of its obligations hereunder.
Operations Plan. The Grantee has an HHSC approved operations plan and work plan that outlines goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines for each service outlined in the contract. The Grantee shall submit a plan of operation to HHSC within thirty (30) business days after execution of the contract. The Grantee shall submit to HHSC for approval on-going plan updates and changes at least thirty (30) business days before a change is to become effective. The operations plan shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
a. Comprehensive description and delivery method for services provided to clients, and work plan on how coverage will be made available to the SNAP-Ed target audience in the State;
b. Comprehensive description of how all geographical areas and high need but hard to reach populations will be served;
c. Comprehensive description of strategies for evaluating the program and managing customer satisfaction;
d. Comprehensive description of Xxxxxxx’s policies and procedures for each of the services provided by this grant;
e. Hours of operation and the setting in which the services are provided by Grantee and network organizations;
f. Job titles and contact information for administrative staff and their responsibilities related to fulfilling contractual obligations;
g. Number and job classification of staff delivering services;
h. Qualifications and competencies of each staff member paid from this grant; and
i. Assurances that staff in the SNAP-Ed program met the required qualifications set forth within

Operations Plan. Within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Effective Date, the Implementation Team shall reach agreements on the items listed in the Deployment Plan, which shall include processes, procedures, and milestones. The agreements reached by the Implementation Team shall be documented in an operations manual (the “Operations Plan”). The Operations Plan shall include documentation of the various items described in the agreement which are to be agreed upon by the Parties.
Operations Plan. All Permitted Uses must be performed in compliance with an operations plan approved by the Port which describes major operations at the Premises, including operations requiring Handling Hazardous Materials; applicable environmental/regulatory requirements, protocols and best management practices; and a series of appendices that includes a consolidation of operational best management practices, pertinent Port rules and regulations, and additional supporting documents. The Port-Approved Operations Plan (“Operations Plan”) is attached hereto as Exhibit D and is hereby incorporated. Failure to comply with the Operations Plan is a material breach of this Lease. Port may, from time to time, review the Operations Plan and make recommendations for revisions. All revisions to the Operations Plan, whether initiated by Port or Tenant, are subject to Port approval, in its sole discretion.

Operations Plan. The consultant will develop an operations plan for the TSM and the Build Alternatives. The Consultant will develop detailed operations plans for the alternatives reflecting route alignment, span of service, service frequency and vehicle size. These operations plans will be used to develop operational costs factors such as platform hours, platform miles and labor rates.
Operations Plan. Purchaser shall, prior to commencing any work, prepare and submit to County an Operations Plan for logging the timber sale area and for constructing the required projects. The Operations Plan shall be in writing and in a format which, when required by OAR 000-000-0000, can also be submitted to the State Forester for approval and shall show:
13.1.1 Sale contract number and name.
13.1.2 Approximate date project work will commence.
13.1.3 Approximate date logging operations will commence.
13.1.4 Authorized representatives of Purchaser.
13.1.5 Types of yarding equipment proposed for use by Purchaser.
13.1.6 Portions of the required project work or logging operations to be subcontracted, if any, and the names of such subcontractors.
13.1.7 General location of spur roads not designated on Exhibit "A" which may be constructed.
13.1.8 Location of tractor yarding roads, as approved by County.
13.1.9 Location of cable yarding corridors.
13.1.10 Temporary stream crossings, where necessary to protect the watershed.
13.1.11 Location of landings and probable sequence of logging.
13.1.12 Copy of written plan when required by the Oregon State Department of Forestry.
