Disaster Relief Contract Violation. Under Tex. Gov’t. Code §§ 2155.006 and 2261.053, A/E certifies that the individual or business entity named in the response to the RFQ and this Agreement is not ineligible to receive the specified Agreement and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
