Disbursement Acceptance Clause Samples

The Disbursement Acceptance clause defines the conditions under which a party agrees to receive funds or payments from another party. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for confirming receipt of disbursed amounts, any required documentation, and the timeframe within which acceptance or objections must be communicated. By establishing clear rules for acknowledging and disputing disbursements, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aligned on the status of payments, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over financial transactions.
