Examples of Relevant Tranche in a sentence
Interest Bearing Amount means (a) for the purpose of calculating the Interest Amount, in respect of each Interest Period, the Relevant Tranche Amount on the first day of such Interest Period and (b) for the purpose of calculating the Redemption Amount, the Relevant Tranche Amount on the Maturity Date or such earlier date on which the Notes are to be redeemed plus, in respect of both (a) and (b), the aggregate of all Partial Redemption Undistributed Amounts.
