DISBURSEMENT INFORMATION. Xxxxxxx University’s Office of the Bursar will disburse and refund the financial aid directly to the student. The student is responsible for paying for the tuition and fees assessed by the Host School. Please note that the Office of the Bursar will follow its disbursement and refund schedule regardless of when the term begins at the Host School.
