Common use of Disbursement Method Clause in Contracts

Disbursement Method. Disbursements under this Agreement will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of OAR 407-120-0100 through 407-120-0380 or OAR 410-120-1260 through OAR 410-120-1460, as applicable, and any other OHA Oregon Administrative Rules that are program-specific to the xxxxxxxx and payments. Upon request, Recipient must provide its taxpayer identification number (TIN) and other necessary banking information to receive EFT payment.
