Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on the Effective Date and will remain in effect unless and until (i) the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated by either Party in accordance with Section 2, and (ii) all payments and/or benefits to which the Executive is entitled under this Agreement, if any, have been made or provided to the Executive in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate upon the later of:
(i) the official declaration of the failure of the election described in this Agreement;
(ii) the expenditure by the County and all of the Municipalities of the last dollar of money collected from the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, net of proceeds allocated to pay the cost of the Level Two Projects, after the expiration of the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax; or
(iii) the completion of all projects described in Exhibit B.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate upon the later of:
A. The expenditure by the County and the Municipalities of the last dollar of money collected from the SPLOST II after the expiration of the SPLOST II (see reference to the corresponding IGA in Section 7 below); or
B. The completion of projects described in Attachment A for the respective Municipality; or
C. As otherwise amended by the parties hereafter.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate upon the later of:
A. The official declaration of the failure of the election described in this Agreement; or
B. The expenditure by the County and City of the money collected from the SPLOST.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate upon the latter of:
(a) The official declaration by the Board of Elections and Registration of Xxxxx County of the failure of the election described in this Agreement; or
(b) The expenditure by the County and the Municipalities of the last dollar of money collected from the TSPLOST even if such expenditure is made after the expiration of the TSPLOST collection period.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall become effective as of the date that both Parties have signed it (the "Effective Date"), and will remain in effect for five (5) years following the Effective Date (the “Term"), at which point if OCR determines that DCF has substantially complied with the terms of this Agreement, then OCR's review and monitoring of this Agreement shall terminate. Notwithstanding the Term of this Agreement, DCF acknowledges that it will comply with Section 504 and the ADA so long as it remains a public entity and continues to receive Federal financial assistance.

This Agreement is valid and shall remain in full force and effect for a term of ____________ (Days / Months/ Years) starting from the effective date till ___________________________________ unless terminated prior to such date by either of the parties in accordance with Clause on termination specified herein.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate on the date on which EHOST is no longer levied in DeKalb County or fifty (50) years from the date of its execution, whichever is earlier.
Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. 9.1 This Agreement shall become effective and shall become a binding obligation of the Parties on the date specified in an Order in such proceeding as this Agreement shall have been filed with, and accepted for filing by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) under the Federal Power Act as a rate schedule.
9.2 This Agreement shall continue in effect for an initial period from the Effective Date to December 31, 1990, and thereafter for successive periods of one year each until terminated as provided under subsection 10.3 below.
9.3 Any Member upon at least three years’ prior written notice to the other Members and Agent may terminate this Agreement at the expiration of said initial period or at the expiration of any successive period of one year.
