DISBURSEMENT OF HOME FUNDS. The Developer may not request disbursement of HOME funds under this agreement until the funds are needed for payment of eligible costs. Unless otherwise approved by the Housing and Community Services Department, payments to the Developer will be provided on a reimbursement basis, up to two times per month. The amount of each request will be limited to the amount needed. Developer must provide detailed records to substantiate the amount of HOME funds requested under this agreement, and must retain records, such as invoices, to substantiate said amounts.
