Disbursement of Settlement Shares and Payments. Subject to the Court finally approving the Settlement, the Settlement Administrator shall distribute funds pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Court’s Final Approval Order and Judgment. The Settlement Administrator shall keep Defendant’s Counsel and Class Counsel apprised of all distributions from the Gross Settlement Amount. The Settlement Administrator shall respond to questions from Defendant’s Counsel and Class Counsel. No person shall have any claim against Defendant, Defendant’s Counsel, Plaintiff, Class Counsel, or the Settlement Administrator based on the distributions and payments made in accordance with this Agreement. i. Funding the Settlement: Defendant shall wire or otherwise provide to the Settlement Administrator the Gross Settlement Amount no later than fifteen (15) calendar days of the Effective Final Settlement Date.
