Common use of Disbursements in Excess of Loan Amount Clause in Contracts

Disbursements in Excess of Loan Amount. In the event the total disbursements by Lender exceed the amount of the Loan set forth herein, the total of all disbursements shall, to the extent permitted by the laws of the State of California, constitute part of the Secured Obligations and be secured by the Deed of Trust and other Loan Documents. All other sums expended by Lender pursuant to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be deemed to have been paid to Borrower and shall be secured by the Loan Documents.
