Discarded Property. All personal property, regardless of perceived value, will be considered discarded if left in or near the residence halls after the Resident moves out or the building closes, whichever is sooner. VCU disclaims any responsibility for such items, will not hold them, and may dispose or recycle them at the Resident’s expense.
