Residence Halls. If the Premises are located within a Residence Hall or suite-style building, the Residence Fees shall be due and payable to the Cashier's Office prior to the Fall and Spring semesters with the Resident's confirmation of enrollment for the Fall and Spring semesters, or at such other time as may be designated by the University Cashier's Office or the Housing Services Office.

Residence Halls. RIT/NTID Financial Wizards participants must be in their own dormitory room with the door shut at 10:00 p.m. Students are not allowed to leave their dormitory rooms between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. All entrances to the residence halls will be locked for safety, and guests will not be issued min-door keys. They should take care of their room and must not remove furniture or window screens from the room. If caught violating these guidelines, the student may be removed from the program.

Residence Halls. The annual contract for under-graduate students in the residence halls is August 31, 2014 through December 19, 2014 resuming January 3, Fall semester charges include August 31, 2014 to December 19, 2014 Spring semester charges include January 3, 2015 to May 22, 2015. Residents must vacate housing from 5:00 p.m. December 19, 2014 through January 2, 2015, except as provided in Section 11. New under-graduate/graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 9:00 AM. Returning under-graduate/Graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Law check-in for the Residence Halls begins Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 8 AM. All travel and vacation arrangements need to be made with these dates in mind. Residence Halls. University Residence Halls include Chaffee, Driscoll, Keiser, Morrison, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ residence halls, Towers hall, University Square (Jade, Jasper, Garnet, and Topaz), University Suites (Clearwater, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇), Lincoln Townhomes (Aspen, Cedar, Hawthorne, Juniper, Spruce, Tamarack), the Honors College and Sawtooth Hall. For Residence Halls, this Agreement is in effect from the date the University receives your signed Agreement, non-refundable processing fee, and housing down-payment (the “Effective Date”) until the Move-out day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Agreement (“Residence Hall License Term”). Resident may occupy space designated by the University starting on the Move-in day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year. In the event an Agreement is entered into after the Move-in date designated by the University, the term will commence on the Move-in date scheduled by the University. University Apartments. University Apartments include University Heights, University Manor, University Park or University Village. There is currently a waitlist for occupancy in the University Apartments. Once space is available, Resident will be contacted regarding available space in a University Apartment. For University Apartments, this Agreement is in effect from the date the University receives your signed Agreement, including the Apartment Addendum required by the University (the “Apartment Addendum”), and non-refundable processing fee, or the date you occupy the Unit or continue to occupy the Unit following expiration of an existing License Agreement, whichever is sooner, until the Move-Out day designated by the University for the applicable Academic Year unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Agreement (the “Apartment License Term”). In addition to the non-refundable processing fee required to submit this Agreement, University Apartment residents are required to provide a security deposit of $250, as further described in the Apartment Addendum. The Apartment Addendum is incorporated herein by this reference and fully enforceable upon execution as part of this Agreement. The University shall assign each Resident’s housing, in its discretion, based on numerous factors, including but not limited to availability, the date application and fees are received, and Resident’s participation in specific residential programs. Residence Halls. Based on « 1»'s estimate of the number of Participants and Staff set forth in Exhibit A, Part II hereto, the University will make available to « 1» for its use, the residence hall space depicted in Exhibit B hereto and the housing services described therein, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. The designation of residence hall is tentative. The University reserves the right to change the residence hall space made available to the camp/conference Participants and Staff up to one week prior to the first arrival date. (a) Prior to or during the camp/conference, none of the built-in or other furniture in the said residence hall space shall be moved or rearranged. (b) During the camp/conference, there shall be hours of "quiet time" every day from 12:00 o'clock midnight until 7:00 o'clock a.m., during which no activities shall be scheduled and no activities shall be permitted. During these quiet hours, the Participants shall be in bed or doing quiet things in their rooms. (c) During the camp/conference, the common areas in the said residence hall space will be shared by the Participants with the Participants in another camp/conference. (d) At the conclusion of the camp/conference, « 1» shall restore the said residence hall space to its condition prior to the camp/conference, ordinary wear and tear excepted; and, if « 1» fails to do so, then « 1» shall be solely responsible and pay for the cleaning, maintenance, and, or, repair costs to restore the said residence hall space to its condition prior to the camp/conference.

Residence Halls. If the Premises are located in a Residence Hall (which for purposes of this Contract will be deemed to include all suite‐ style buildings) the Term of this Contract shall run from August 12, 2020 until the close of the Fall semester on November 25, 2020 for Fall Contracts or from January 7, 2021 to May 12, 2021 for Spring contracts. The residence hall shall be closed during the break period between semesters (i.e., November 25, 2020 through January 7, 2021), and the Resident shall not be entitled to occupy or access the Premises during such period. Residence Fees paid by the Resident are not applicable to such period. The Resident shall not be permitted in the Premises or the Residence Hall after 5:00 p.m. on November 25, 2020. The Resident shall not be required to remove personal belongings or return keys to the Premises during such period if they have a Spring contract for the Premises.
