Residence Halls. “Residence Halls” include Chapel Xxxx, Gateway Heights, Officers Circle, Sage Point and cluster spaces (single and double rooms) in Xxxxxxxx Studios.
Residence Halls. If the Premises are located within a Residence Hall or suite-style building, the Residence Fees shall be due and payable to the Cashier's Office prior to the Fall and Spring semesters with the Resident's confirmation of enrollment for the Fall and Spring semesters, or at such other time as may be designated by the University Cashier's Office or the Housing Services Office.
Residence Halls. Main Campus permit must adhere to all posted permit restrictions including overnight restrictions. 9f2. North Quad. Permit valid only in Lot 300 & Lot 301. Limited number of permits available. * No other permits are valid.
Residence Halls. If the Premises are located in a Residence Hall (which for purposes of this Contract will be deemed to include all suite- style buildings) the Term of this Contract shall run from August 16, 2023 until the close of the academic year, May 8, 2024. The residence hall shall be closed during the Winter Break period between semesters (i.e., December 13, 2023 through January 4, 2024), and the Resident shall not be entitled to occupy or access the Premises during such period. Residence Fees paid by the Resident are not applicable to such period. The Resident shall not be permitted in the Premises or the Residence Hall after 5:00 p.m. on December 13, 2023. The Resident shall not be required to remove personal belongings or return keys to the Premises during such period.
Residence Halls. I/we understand that the residence halls that the Participant will be living in are secure, nonpublic forums and access to these facilities is limited only to approved staff and guests (i.e. others living and/or working in these facilities). Participants are expected to stay overnight in the accommodations arranged for them by the University. Specific room and housing assignments are made at the discretion of the Group and the University.
Residence Halls. The annual contract for under-graduate students in the residence halls is August 31, 2014 through December 19, 2014 resuming January 3, Fall semester charges include August 31, 2014 to December 19, 2014 Spring semester charges include January 3, 2015 to May 22, 2015. Residents must vacate housing from 5:00 p.m. December 19, 2014 through January 2, 2015, except as provided in Section 11. New under-graduate/graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 9:00 AM. Returning under-graduate/Graduate check-in begins Sunday, August 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Law check-in for the Residence Halls begins Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 8 AM. All travel and vacation arrangements need to be made with these dates in mind. Students may not move into the residence halls early or remain late on the closing date.

RIT/NTID Advanced Tech Careers participants must be in their own dormitory room with the door shut at 10:00 p.m. Students are not allowed to leave their dormitory rooms between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. All entrances to the residence halls will be locked for safety, and guests will not be issued min-door keys. They should take care of their room and must not remove furniture or window screens from the room. If caught violating these guidelines, the student may be removed from the program.

Residence Halls. Resident Halls are closed in Summer Semester. If your Unit is in one of the Residence Halls during the Fall and Spring Semesters, you will be reassigned for Summer Semester to a unit in one of the other buildings.
Residence Halls. Based on « 1»'s estimate of the number of Participants and Staff set forth in Exhibit A, Part II hereto, the University will make available to « 1» for its use, the residence hall space depicted in Exhibit B hereto and the housing services described therein, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein. The designation of residence hall is tentative. The University reserves the right to change the residence hall space made available to the camp/conference Participants and Staff up to one week prior to the first arrival date.
(a) Prior to or during the camp/conference, none of the built-in or other furniture in the said residence hall space shall be moved or rearranged.
(b) During the camp/conference, there shall be hours of "quiet time" every day from 12:00 o'clock midnight until 7:00 o'clock a.m., during which no activities shall be scheduled and no activities shall be permitted. During these quiet hours, the Participants shall be in bed or doing quiet things in their rooms.
(c) During the camp/conference, the common areas in the said residence hall space will be shared by the Participants with the Participants in another camp/conference.
(d) At the conclusion of the camp/conference, « 1» shall restore the said residence hall space to its condition prior to the camp/conference, ordinary wear and tear excepted; and, if « 1» fails to do so, then « 1» shall be solely responsible and pay for the cleaning, maintenance, and, or, repair costs to restore the said residence hall space to its condition prior to the camp/conference.
