Discharge For Cause or Resignation without Good Reason. If Executive is discharged for Cause, or if Executive voluntarily resigns without Good Reason, all payments of base salary and performance bonus, as well as all of Executive's benefits, shall immediately cease and Executive shall be entitled to no further compensation or benefits of any kind.
