Discharge For Cause or Resignation without Good Reason. If Employee is discharged for Cause or resigns without Good Reason, Employee’s sole entitlement will be the receipt of his then current Base Salary for any days worked through the date of termination and any vested benefits to which Employee is entitled under the Company’s stock option and employee benefit plans in accordance with, to the extent provided in, and subject to the restrictions and payout schedules contained in those plans.
