DISCHARGE OF DUTIES BY FIDUCIARIES. The Trustee and the Employer and any other fiduciary shall discharge their duties under the Plan and this Trust Agreement solely in the interests of Participants and their Beneficiaries in accordance with the requirements of ERISA.
