Securities Law Reports. The Named Fiduciary shall be responsible for filing all reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust's ownership of Sponsor Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing of any requirement to stop purchases or sales of Sponsor Stock pending the filing of any report. The Trustee shall provide to the Named Fiduciary such information on the Trust's ownership of Sponsor Stock as the Named Fiduciary may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.
Securities Law Reports. The Sponsor shall be responsible for filing all reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust’s ownership of Zions Common Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing of any requirement to stop purchases or sales of Zions Common Stock pending the filing of any report. The Trustee shall provide to the Sponsor such information on the Trust’s ownership of Zions Common Stock as the Sponsor may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.

The Administrator shall be responsible for filing all reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust's ownership of Sponsor Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing of any requirement to stop purchases or sales of Sponsor Stock pending the filing of any report. The Trustee shall provide to the Administrator such information on the Trust's ownership of Sponsor Stock as the Administrator may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.

The Company shall be responsible for filing all reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust's ownership of Company Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing of any requirement to stop purchases or sales of Company Stock pending the filing of any report. The Company shall be responsible for the registration of any Plan interests required under Federal or state securities laws. The Trustee shall provide to the Company such information on the Trust's ownership of Company Stock as the Company may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.

The Trustee shall not be responsible for filing any reports required under Federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust’s ownership of FMC Stock, including, without limitation, any reports required under section 13 or 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Sponsor shall be responsible for immediately notifying the Trustee in writing of any requirement known to the Sponsor to stop purchases or sales of FMC Stock. The Trustee shall provide to the issuer of FMC Stock such information on the Trust’s ownership of FMC Stock as the issuer of FMC Stock may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.

The Trustee shall provide to the Sponsor such information on the Trust’s ownership of FMC Technologies Stock as the Sponsor may reasonably request in order to comply with Federal or state securities laws.

RadioShack shall be responsible for filing all reports required under federal or state securities laws with respect to the Trust’s ownership of Company Stock, including without limitation, any reports required under Sections 13 or 16 of the 1934 Act, and shall immediately notify the Trustee in writing of any requirement to stop purchases or sales of Company Stock pending the filing of any report. The Trustee shall provide to RadioShack such information on the Trust’s ownership of Company Stock as RadioShack may reasonably request in order to comply with federal or state securities laws.

The Trustee shall provide to the Sponsor or PIC such information on the Trust's ownership of HEI common stock as the Sponsor or PIC may reasonably request in order to comply with federal or state securities laws.
