Discharge Pay. Employees terminated or discharged must be paid in full on the job at the time of dismissal. Where special conditions prevail, additional time to make payment may be granted with prior approval of the District Council No. 36. The District Council No. 36, shall not grant additional time when an employee is terminated or discharged during the normal work week as outlined in Article 12, Section 1A.
