Coffee Break Sample Clauses
Coffee Break. A coffee break shall be allowed each employee of the Company as close to midway in the first half of the shift, and as close to midway in the second half of the shift, as possible. Time allowed for coffee breaks shall be ten (10) minutes each.
Coffee Break. 23:01 The Employer shall recognize a paid coffee break period of 15 minutes duration in each half of a shift, whether during a normal work day or on shift work.
Coffee Break. Each employee may be allowed a 10-minute coffee break between the second and third hour of the work shift, or as work allows. Coffee breaks may be omitted by the employer, after notifying the Union, if the employer determines that certain job-site conditions prove to be inapplicable.

It is agreed that all employees of the employer covered by this Agreement will be permitted time once in each half of their respective shifts to drink coffee or refreshments on the job during regular working hours. (b) Extra Break/Lunch. There shall be an extra fifteen (15) minute coffee break granted at the ninth (9th) hour, if scheduled over a ten (10) hour work period, and a one half (½) hour paid lunch, if scheduled over a twelve (12) hour work period.
Coffee Break. The Company shall provide facilities for coffee at the Concrete Plant. An employee shall be allowed one (1) coffee break during both the first and second half of any shift. Breaks will be provided as per Alberta Employment Standards Code on Company premises, unless otherwise directed or approved.
