Disciplinary appeals process. In order to appeal disciplinary action and/or eviction from residence, a student must submit a Notice of Appeal to the Assistant Director, Student Development and Residence Experience or their designate, within 10 working days of the action and/or eviction being appealed. Submission of a Notice of Appeal does not change or delay the disciplinary action in question and the student is expected to carry out the sanction that has been imposed.
