Discipline and Employee Assistance. A. An employee who tests positive for illegal drugs, controlled substances (except as required by a treating physician in accordance with Section 3 of this Article), or alcohol will be subject to appropriate discipline in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Agreement. Each case shall be evaluated by management as to the facts and circumstances and resolved accordingly.
